Hi. I’m Seb.
Honestly? I’m not quite like other freelancers.
My first word was “ASDA” - I sang “Washing Machines Live Longer With Calgon,” in Nursery during Nap Time - and as an adult, my voice was dubbed as one of the most recognisable in the UK. If you need a voice over for your business that’s going to really stick in people’s minds - I am the voice over artist you’re looking for.
My natural British RP accent is clear, pleasant and engaging, and I can also deliver voice overs in a variety of different accents from across Great Britain and around the world, if required. That’s the point - I’m versatile to suit your needs. Every recording is bespoke.
As a journalist, I work particularly well because it’s my passion. You have to love something to do it right - and I’ve never wanted to do anything else. I have a confident, charismatic and reassuring voice as a newsreader, which has been used across many regions of the UK with BBC News and several other commercial broadcasters.
I also write to a very high standard, so I’m perfect for freelance writing and blogging. I graduated from the University of Salford with the NCTJ and a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism - and before that studied Journalism and Communications at Cardiff University and at the University of Sydney, with first class honours.
I simply love working as a freelancer in voice acting and journalism, and if you think I could be a good match for what you’re looking for, please do send me an enquiry - I’d love to hear from you!
Thanks for checking out my site today!
Seb
